West lake Toho, Osceola County. Monday, February 01, 2010
Submitted by: Capt. Beau Osborne

Locale: South end of lake
Fishing: Excelent
Weather: cool mornings, with nice afternoons, water temp 66 degrees

Current Report
The male crappies have moved into 4-5 foot of water and are holding near the lilly pads. Find the right pad and fish bite non stop. Bass are taking poppers again in the afternoon towards evening near the Kissimmee grass.

Patterns/Techniques
The crappie are taking colorful shad fly patters that are suspended under strike indicators,(about half way in the water column). Bass are liking the white #6 poppers. Be patient with the poppers and work them slow
