Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases at Orlando Outfitters. If you wish to return items for any reason we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
Items must be shipped back to Orlando Outfitters within two weeks of receipt and must be in original condition in the original packaging, with all warranty cards, instructions etc. Your refund will be for the original price of your products. If your return is because of a faulty product or a mistake on the part of Orlando Outfitters your shipping cost will be refunded as well. We recommend that you insure any shipments back to us, especially expensive items.
For security reasons we do not keep your credit card information on file. We can either issue your refund via check or you can supply us with credit card information for the refund. If you have anything you would like to return or exchange please contact us and we will work out the details.
